    By Patrik Pettersson is the most inventive restaurant in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Patrik (the chef) changes his menu every 3 weeks and is always coming up with dishes and ingredients I have never imagined that work really well together. We have eaten all over the world - dining in Paris is something we do on a regular basis - yet, we love being able to eat some unbelievable food in our own backyard! Justin runs the show making sure the courses aren't coming out too fast or too slow. He comes up with the most wonderful wines and always makes dining a pleasure. The staff is outstanding and makes sure we are well taken care of. I can't believe that the foodies aren't lining up for this one. Do not let the location - a hotel near the SRQ airport - put you off. The food and wine could be served in a cave or a fancy location and it would not make the experience any less or more desirable. We look forward to our next visit!!!!

    This was our first experience at this culinary gem near Sarasota‘s airport. Nestled within a boutique hotel lobby the chef and staff create both a remarkable and outstanding variety of nouvelle cuisine style dishes. We opted for both the five and seven course menus and added a five course wine pairing. Each dish was prepared and presented with a visually poetic appeal and exquisite flavors with each bite. As these are smaller, delicate portions, even the seven courses will not be an overload. We are delighted that Sarasota has this caliber of gastronomic talent. While pricey, it’s certainly is a value having no need to travel to a capital city or abroad for this level of adventure.

    While the food was very interesting and offered diversity in a tasting menu, the main entree portion was too small. You left feeling more food was warranted for the price. The wine pairing was very disappointing especially given the price.

    Each course was a unique experience. The chefs technique and use of balanced flavors showcased a flawless presentation only lacking in quantity per plate. Perhaps offering just over a single bite , he could have added a bit more to each plate so as not to leave the guest still hungry after a 5 or 7 course meal. Although wine pairing was done to perfection, a full serving of wine proved way too much alcohol for the small portions. I would suggest a flight in lieu of a glass per course.

    By far the finest dining in Sarasota. If you want a Michelin Star quality experience this is the place. Superior service and awesome bar as well

    We did a tasting and the food was fantastic along with the service. Just didn’t love the ambience as you are walking through the lobby of a hotel that looks like a holiday inn. Would still highly recommend. Chef was great.
