    Chef Smith never disappoints. Excellent rainbow trout special last night. The food at C3 is consistently excellent. The waitstaff are always friendly. The bartending staff create delicious innovative cocktails. The manager Allison always checks to make sure customers are having a good experience. We are lucky to have this gem in Bloomington!

    Quite an outstanding experience for Bloomington and the current social climate. Definitely hit the nail on the head for my first return trip to the area in well over a decade.

    The food here is consistently excellent. Whether having the comfort food tomato bisque or the miso glazed fish special we find a subtle but interesting palate of flavors. The service last evening was pleasant and professional. Just the right amount of attention. The cocktail menu is fascinating to the point of almost being overwhelming. Alchemists behind the bar!

    We shared the taco flavored deviled eggs that were good. My wife had mussels and I had the chef special steak. Excellent meal and atmosphere

    Great specials! Live the ambiance! The fall cocktails were very fun and we enjoyed the food too! The burger is the best in town!
