   Every year we come to Steamboat and have made it a point to visit Cafe Diva. The Peanut Butter and Bacon sandwiches appetizer is a must get. Honestly, you can’t go wrong here. Already looking forward to next year!

   Some great, inventive dishes that we loved. The pork belly with peanut sauce, yuza pork piccata and venison were all outstanding Bartender makes great cocktails and it’s a cozy setting Prices are high, but not surprising given the quality of the food and resort location

   We ate here twice. First time, we were wandering by and although the restaurant was packed, and we had no reservation, the hostess went above and beyond to find us two seats at the bar. We had to go back because it was our best meal all week skiing. Second time we made sure to get a reservation. Incredibly gracious hospitality. Stellar wine list. Creative menu that delivered brilliantly crafted meals. Highlights were braised lamb shank, venison short loin, duck confit croquettes with tart cherry gastrique, tuna carpaccio with sesame rice tuille and smoked avocado crema. Warm cheddar apple pockets and a perfect crème brûlée with berries were dessert favorites. Jeff, the sommelier, and Chris, the bartender, made our dining experience delightfully fun, engaging and genuine. We will definitely be back!

    We could not be more pleased with our experience. This is our second visit and had an amazing family dinner. We appreciated the help in selecting the perfect wine and the waitstaff was incredibly accommodating. We will certainly return on our next visit to Steamboat.
