Café Mars is proud to welcome Chef Juan Parra direct from Bogotá, Colombia to match his unique take on Italian cooking with ours. Chef Parra is the executive chef of Veccina and an old friend. For two nights only, Café Mars and Chef Parra will collaborate on a 7-course menu (with optional drinks pairings--both traditional and NA) translating tropical ingredients through Café Mars unusual Italian lens With advance notice we can accommodate: Nut, alcohol, and soy allergies. We can accommodate Vegetarian preferences. Unfortunately we CANNOT accommodate any other dietary restrictions for this menu. This is a coursed set menu - no alterations or substitutions beyond accommodating the above dietary restrictions with advance notice.
Large Party Pre Fix Reservation (5-6 guests)

Multiple dates available
For parties of more than four guests, we offer a pre-fixe menu that showcases our favorite menu items and our favorite way to dine -- family style! For this menu, the party will receive an array of snacks, followed by an antipasti course. Then, all four of our house made pastas and a couple of big dishes will round out the meal. To finish, you'll get to try all of our desserts!

Do yourself a favor and transport yourself to Mars for an evening. Delightfully weird and tremendously tasty, this innovative restaurant is a guaranteed good time. Paul D'avino and co are all stars as creating a welcoming atmosphere and unforgettable meal. From the cocktails to the pastas to the science behind melty cheese - top notch meal. No notes!

We had a wonderful time at Cafe Mars. Service was excellent and friendly. The atmosphere was so fun! Cocktails were delicious and unusual. Food was very good - portions could have been a bit bigger for the money, but this is nitpicking. The desserts are must get. Four of us had a delicious and celebratory dinner!

Amazing food, amazing cocktails, amazing service. Jordan made us feel so welcome and at home (and had us cracking up). Pre fixe was a phenomenal experience, and we loved hearing the background / history of each dish. Loved the music (and the standup playing in the bathroom). all in all an amazingly delicious meal that was fun, not stuffy.

The most amazing food and hospitality! They thoroughly describe every item on the menu, and conversed with us like we were truly their guests. The garlic monkey bread is out of this world! Everything we ordered was a like nothing I have ever had, there were so many different textures and flavors going on yet they all complimented each other to perfection! Next time I’m in Brooklyn I will definitely dine at Cafe Mars again!
