   Great staff, environment, food, and the best drinks!! Celebrated my brother and I’s birthday for brunch and we enjoyed everything from the hush puppies to the white chocolate bread pudding 🥰 Huge shout out to our waitress Lacey who always has the best recommendations and is our #1 waitress 💕

   I dont think I've ever had a bad meal @ Cafe Sydnie Mae's. Last night we had the pulled pork appetizer that was full of flavor with a perfect crust, shared the creamy shrimp pasta and the music from Casey Courville helped make it a perfect date night.

   Osso buco was spectacular and the custom last minute German Chocolate cake was fabulous. Thanks for a wonderful birthday for Jodie Gutkowski

   I could go on all day about how wonderful CSM is and still not do it justice. In my opinion, the owners of this fine restaurant have found the combination to unlocking the best dining experience in Louisiana. From the warm, friendly faces that greet you, the incredible live music, the exceptional service, the inviting ambience, and easily the best food in the state, CSM is simply in a class by itself. Let me tell you how good CSM is. Every time we have out of town guests visit us, we take them there. Last night, my wife and I took three of her sisters from California there for dinner. Afterwards, TWO of them wanted to move to Lafayette just so they could dine at CSM on a regular basis! That's how good Cafe Sydnie Mae is.

   The food was delicious. I always get the Teche Wellington. My husband had the Pasta Sydnie Mae with shrimp. And don’t forget the Breaux Bread! The servers are all very pleasant.

   Service, music and food was EXCEPTIONAL!! We always enjoy our visit here. Owners, I just can’t say enough good things about them, they are top notch and care so much about your experience with them. We look forward to the next visit!!

    Music was easy to listen to and not too loud. Fish was perfectly cooked and my braised short ribs were the best I've ever had. Ideal venue for a date night.
