   Normally love going to Valetta but having reserved table, we showed up 3 mins before the booked time. We were shown to our table for 5. Table was nice. We then waited 13min before my husband went and got menus. after another 8 mins of sitting and waiting, he went up to order as no one had come to our table since we were seated. He was informed that it was table service, which we knew, he told them well no one has served us since we came in. He came back to the table and about 3 min later someone came over. She was a little rude saying well, no one would come if you had menus? He said well no one gave us menus or table water. WE the order and ate but the service was poor.

   Beautiful venue, not noisy. Service good but not clear that if you sit on verandah or outside there’s no table service. Waited awhile without realising. Servers very nice.

   Incorrect order provided but was quickly rectified Unable to cut toasted bread, had to request a steak knife, ended up leaving 3/4 of my meal Service was wonderful, a young gentleman served my table & provided wonderful service

   Beautiful experience at Cafe Valetta for my sister’s Birthday lunch. The customer service was outstanding, such lovely staff! The food was delicious and good quality.

   Cafe Vienna has a real WOW factor. A brautiful old home converted into a beautiful cafe with heaps of ambiance. Indoor and outdoor tables. Meals were tasty and well presented. Staff were excellent, friendly, happy and accommodating. We had a lovely ladies day out and hope to return soon. Thank you
