   Melody was great! She was accommodating, professional, friendly, and helpful! She has the right balance of “being there” without hovering or making me feel hurried! Our food was outstanding, as always!!!

   The restaurant was very busy but the hostess was with us right away. We had drink service immediately. They were properly staffed for how busy they were. Our server Melissa was very attentive and friendly. I enjoy the cozy atmosphere but the down side is how loud other guests can be on a busy pre holiday Saturday.

   The perfect place for any meal. Loved treating our guests to this restaurant, we all enjoyed our meals and the exceptional desserts.

   The French dip sandwich was excellent! The onion au jus was tasty for dipping. I would order this again. Cinnamon roll from the counter was not good…stale, dry.

   We love Cafe Zinc for a quiet conversation over a delicious meal. We love familiar menu items as well as new favorites that change with the seasons. Tonight’s beet, goat cheese, kale and walnut salad was excellent!

   Beautiful ambiance, great service and delicious food! We love the calamari and desserts. We tried the espresso martini per our server's suggestion, it was delish! The beet goat cheese ravioli was really well-balanced and quite a nice dish. Free dessert for out anniversary with a signed card from staff was really a nice touch. Quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in Midland.

    Melody was a superb server! She was professional, but also friendly. She balanced attention to our needs as well as giving us time to enjoy our meal and conversation. The food was excellent. I appreciated Melody and the chef accommodating to my substitution of bacon instead of smoked salmon! Thank you!!!
