   Our first experience with a party of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) was not what we were expecting. We made a reservation for 6:45 at the Greenville location. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was visually pleasing. Upon arrival we were not greeted by the hostess, but instead the hostess seemed annoyed when we gave our reservation information. Once seated we were greeted by our waiter who took our drink order. My daughter always orders Sprite with lemon, and was brought a water with no lemon. When letting the waiter know the correct order he proceeded to bring a Sprite with a lime? I asked later on for another Sprite with lemon, and yet again was brought Sprite with a lime. I ordered Crab Cakes which came with mashed potatoes and a seasonal vegetable. I specifically asked what the seasonal vegetable was that came with my order to which the waiter responded “spinach.” When the food came out, not only did I not have spinach plated with my order but another food runner had a separate order of cauliflower which no one at the table had ordered. I informed the runner that it didn’t belong to our table and they took it back to the kitchen. While the rest of the food was being dispersed amongst the table, the runner returned with the cauliflower and practically shoved it down in my hands and said “this comes with your meal”. The waiter was also at our table during this interaction and took it from me, asking if I still wanted the spinach because the meal “usually only comes with mashed potatoes”. He returned to the kitchen and came back with the spinach. We had to ask for refills on our drinks when everyone had empty glasses and were only brought 1 Sprite and 1 Coke. In my opinion, the waiter did not seem interested or concerned with our service. Instead I felt the treatment we received was on purpose. Why would you only bring 2 drink refills back to a party of 5? We left after paying, leaving a 20% tip despite the rude service. I do not recommend this location.

   Great experience as always. I will note that it took a while for the restaurant to adjust the lighting and it got quite dark. My BFF had to use the flashlight on her phone to see the menu. Eventually the lights were adjusted.

   Our server we had today ,she was very nice ,promp and she had our food to us in a timely manner. Highly recommend her as your server.

   The service was unlike any other. Out waiter was on the spot. Food was quickly prepared. I had a 14 oz ribeye but I would argue with anyone that I was shorted several ounces. As well as the steak was dry and bland. It truely had no flavor. Sadly I’ve had better steak at Applebee’s. My spouse had fried flounder. it was done 100% perfect.

   We originally had reservations at 5, but was in Greenville earlier than expected. So we asked if we could be seated earlier. An hour earlier. We got seated right away and our first wedding anniversary dinner was amazing. Thank you very much.

   Thank you to our server, the hostess and the manager on duty for accommodating our larger than expected party by moving us to a larger table. They all did it with a smile and gracious attitude. And then, when some of the extra people didn’t show up, they were still extremely nice and understanding. I haven’t been to CD in a long time but this kind of service makes me want to come back soon.    This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was very good and came out quickly. Our only knock was our server seemed overwhelmed and waited on tables sat sat after us before us. To me this is not okay. I was a server for years. It really rubs customers wrong when you do that. When we asked for something it took a very long time to get. Like we asked for ketchup for fries. By the time it came we were done with the fries. I honestly thought she had forgot so we ate them because they were getting cold. Will try them again because the food was very good.

   My steak was so tough and overcooked I could eat it. Bread and salad delicious.
