As usual Open Table Priority seating Very cumbersome. Receptionist couldn’t even find laptop to check us in.

I thought I was booking a reservation however when we arrived we were informed that California Pizza Kitchen is NOT a member of OPENTABLE..apparently the term Priority Seating means NO reservation. someone thought maybe it meant we could get in before the other people waiting but NO one was sure.I was disappointed. I thought I was making a reservation and have no idea what this is. Fortunately we were able to be seated at the very nice Bar and had good service and food. Terrific staff and food is consistent. Open table is the entity I am not happy with. Why give me a TIME? why ask the number of guests? everything was normal when making a reservation except it was meaningless.

It is so nice to be able to get "Premium" seating at CPK - the service is always outstanding and one cannot go wrong with the menu

They allowed us to make a reservation using OpenTable. Drove there through holiday traffic to find out they were closed. We went to Tommy Bahamas down the street. We didn't have a reservation there but they openly accommodate us.

Felipe was hands down, the best waiter/server I have had in my 45 years of dining out, both for personal and business events. Hewas extremely efficient, thoughtful and very funny!!!
