Callisto is nestled in the mountains overlooking the lush landscape of Vancouver Island with views as far as Mt. Baker. Callisto has an open contemporary dining atmosphere with a seasonal patio that opens onto nature's doorstep. Enjoyed The Prisoner Wine Dinner - 5 course food and wine pairing. The wine was fantastic! The food was excellent as well tuna tartare, butternut squash soup, beef cheek ravioli and a light chocolatey dessert.

First time at Callisto and it did not disappoint! From the amazing view to the excellent dinner menu, everything was perfect. The scallop appetizer was delicious and the pasta dishes were all generous and very tasty. Highly recommend!
