   We had New Year's Day Brunch Jan 1 2025 and are extremely disappointed. The food selection was very limited and cold. We let our server know how disappointed we were and she was very understanding and took steps to try to help. She came back to the table to let us know that 'fresh' food had been put out and to try another plate. Not much improvement at all. Still lukewarm at best. $80 per person was an outrageous amount to pay for such poor quality. Our server did apply a discount to our total but I realized after that she did not include the $50 deposit we had paid on line when making the reservation. Honestly, we would have been better off at Denny's. I will be letting Callisto/Bear Mountain know.

   The servers were very friendly, issues with service were due to lack of training not the individuals. The atmosphere is very sterile and cafeteria like. Tile floors with an industrial greenhouse feel that lacks any warmth or ambiance. The decor prior to the renovation and change was far superior and more welcoming. Had n enjoyable time but won’t likely go again and wouldn’t recommend: for the price there are far better options in Victoria.

   Multiple courses and wine pairing made for a wonderfully delicious New Years Eve dinner experience. Everything was fresh and delicately prepared. Our server Georgia was very attentive and amazing. Thank you so much! We anticipate our next visit! A+

   Beautiful setting overlooking the golf course, with holiday decor lighting outside. The inside was stunning as well. Food selection for vegetarians was 1 main, and there was no offer to adapt any other mains. Disappointing as the menu notes any dietary requirements can be accommodated. Not the case for us. Mushroom risotto (V) and crab spaghettini had good flavours. Milk rolls were delicious but cold in the middle, obviously frozen & baked fresh. The decadent double chocolate cake was the highlight. Unless vegetarian dishes are expanded and vegan options added, we would not go for dinner again. We would return to the bar section for sharables. Service was very good.

   The New York striploin contained lots of fat and gristle and I couldn’t finish it without a pile of waste.

   Went first day to enjoy happy hour. Drinks were good, food/snacks was another story. Over priced for the tiny amount presented. Warm olives were just that....warmed up jar olives, no additional seasoning or marinade. The trio of dips-NOT good. Hummus just tasted like blended chickpeas-zero seasoning. The Avocado dip was plain avocados and a ton of lime juice and the baba Ganoush was horrible! No eggplant to be found anywhere and was more like a cashew and cream cheese paste 🤢 and they only given 6 tiny pita rounds to dip. Happy hour was $300 Went for breakfast the following morning. Advertised Starbucks coffee and Tazo tea but that is not what we were given....Sadly. Waiter was kind and attentive and informed us they were short staffed in the kitchen and "chef" had to be called in to help. Classic breakfast and Benny's were fine but if anyone option to add Avocado is on the menu they why is an Avocado not given?? Just a heaping tablespoons of the Avocado mush dip from the the dip trio dips the previous night was slapped on the plate. The Shakshouka was very tasty, eggs were disgustingly overcooked and was only given 2 tiny end pieces of "house made" bread--smaller than a crackers size....very disappointing. Breakfast was over $200 for 4 people. Will definitely think twice before going here again. The decor and views are very nice if that is what you are looking for.

    This was way over priced. You got 2 selections for an appetizer, entree and dessert…no consideration for dietary allergies like dairy. $99 for a salad, turkey dinner and chocolate cake. We broke it down a bit -maybe $15 for the salad, maybe $15 for the dessert which leaves $69 for the entree and this is why it was overpriced! Last year (2023) was better with a buffet selection for the appetizers and desserts and you got to select from I believe 4 different entrees. This was worth the price of $99 last year! We were very disappointed this time and to top it off my main course was cold and I had 2 half Brussels sprouts and the ‘Yorkshire’ was like a muffin!
