   Calusso is very nice. We had a nice outdoor table and the service was great. The food is good but very over priced. $78 fir a 6 oz filet? Sides are extra. $38 fir a small portion of pasta. Complimentary Italian candy and cookie was very nice and delicious.

   Wonderful in every way. We celebrated a friends birthday starting with drinks at pier top bar followed by an amazing meal and evening at Caluuso. This was our 2nd time in a month, and the food, service, and experience was fantastic both times. Each dish we had was an explosion of flavors and beautiful presentation. Can’t wait to go back.

   This was our first time dining at Calusso. What a treat! We are total foodies and this experience did not disappoint. We were seated at a lovely outdoor table and greeted by our server Erika (who was very knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job!). Our group of four ordered three appetizers to start. All were beautifully presented and delicious. The burrata, in particular was the best I’ve ever had. We all enjoyed our entrees and the meal was perfectly executed and paced (I hate to feel rushed!). The restaurant offers a nice selection of (rather pricey) wines and spirits. Kudos to the pastry chef whose beautiful creations were the perfect ending to an excellent meal. Overall, a great addition to the Fort Lauderdale food scene. I hope the restaurant continues to do well and is around for years to come. We look forward to visiting again when we return in the fall.

   Our dining experience at Calusso was exceptional from start to finish. From the warm welcome by the gracious and smiling hostess to the attentive service throughout, every detail was thoughtfully executed. The ambiance was elegant—perfectly balanced background music, beautifully curated decor, and stunning views within the newly reimagined Pier Sixty-Six Resort. The cuisine was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish showcased impeccable presentation, masterful flavor combinations, and the finest ingredients. The glassware and silverware were spotless, the table linens perfectly pressed—every element reflecting an unwavering commitment to excellence. Frankly, I’m surprised Calusso has not yet earned a Michelin star. It far surpasses the only restaurant that presently has it in FLL. In my opinion, Calusso is currently Fort Lauderdale’s finest fine dining experience. Wishing the team continued success. I give Calusso my highest recommendation.

   Despite a bit of miscommunication early on that led to a longer wait time, the rest of the team more than made up for it with exceptional service and hospitality. Once seated, the experience truly shined. The lobster Parmesan was rich and flavorful, and the hamachi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. Desserts were a standout — each bite was a delightful finish to a memorable evening. A small hiccup at the start, but the way the staff rallied turned it into an outstanding dining experience.

   An Exceptional Anniversary Experience at Calusso We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at Calusso, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I would like to extend sincere appreciation to Mr. Gary Evangelista and his outstanding team. In particular, Erika was a true standout. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm were evident as she guided us through the menu with thoughtful detail and care. She described each dish with such vividness and passion, it felt as though she had crafted them herself. Her recommendations were perfectly suited to our preferences, blending popular favorites with exciting new additions. Stephany, the sommelier, also played a key role in our evening, pairing our meal with a beautifully selected sweet Moscato that enhanced every course.
