   Ty to carl our waiter and bisha at the bar.. Food was fantastic.. Crab linguini a must.. As a native new Yorker.. One of the best pasta dishes ever had.. Will be back next year for sure Beautiful table on the water..

   This is one of our favorite restaurants on Grand Cayman. We can always rely on an excellent dining experience. Highly recommend it.

   Extremely overpriced for portion sizes. Food was tasty and well cooked. Portion size was - unfortunately - minuscule for the price. A small Piece of fish with mashed potatoes was over $50. One small crab cake was $25.

   We've been going to Calypso Grill for MANY years and it WAS my favorite restaurant anywhere. However, about a year and a half ago, there was a change in ownership and the impact is quite obvious. Our very favorite menu item, Calypso Shrimp, is no longer available (and we've mentioned our disappointment each visit). One of our favorite main courses is the grilled fresh tuna. We ordered that again, but we were disappointed with the smaller portion size and the smaller portion of the white wine sauce. Our waiter did not check with us after our meals were served, so we did not have an opportunity to request additional sauce. Sadly, this was probably our last visit to Calypso Grill as we have seen a continued decline in the service and food over the past year and a half.

   Excellent food and service! As always….great wine list and nicely made cocktails. The ceviche was excellent and the snapper blacked is my favorite.

   Too bad we came here on our last day of vacation. The food was amazing, service prompt and friendly. Best meal we had all week! We'll be sure to eat here again next year!

   It’s been many years since we have been to this restaurant. It did not disappoint. Food was very good and service and ambiance were good as well. Their sticky pudding dessert is to die for! Snapper was great as well.

    Happy to say the food was much better than last year. It appears the changeover in chef/staff is working itself out . The fish/shellfish bisque was flavorful--though not as delicious as the original lobster bisque from before. I sure wish they would bring that back as it's one of the main reasons Calypso was always our number one restaurant to go to while on island. We've been coming here for 20 years--please bring back the original lobster bisque--we miss it! As always, the staff (especially Lisa) is amazing and I'm so happy the new owner was able to retain them as they are an integral part of what makes Calypso so memorable. But what happened to the quintessential Calypso blue twinkle lights??? We love those--they make for such a beautiful backdrop to the restaurant's ambiance. They need to make a comeback!
