Yea with Santa was a wonderful experience! The room itself is absolutely stunning, the food was beautifully plated and presented! The servers were particularly effective with my 5 year old Grandaughter, and Santa was terrific! The only downside was that it was advertised as tea with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and Mrs. Claud was not in attendance. Very high prices for the food that we enjoyed…perhaps a glass of complimentary champagne is in order at these prices?

This is our second year attending Tea with Santa and my girls had the most perfect morning! These are memories we will cherish for years to come. We will definitely make this a tradition for our girls!

Santa was so gracious he spent time with each child really listening to them. He read a story and answered ALL the questions the children had with patience and thoughtfulness. The food was delicious and the kids food was VERY appropriate for their age , and the special presentation thrilled the children I brought with me. I would highly recommend taking little ones !! One said it was his best day EVER !!!!!

Overall, our group was quite disappointed. The room is lovely and the hotel is beautiful. But the service was lacking. They need more servers. They had two gentlemen trying to handle the entire room and as a result, it took a very long time to receive our tea and even longer for our food to arrive. And the food was very average- a beautiful presentation, but nothing really remarkable on the platters. Overall – we were disappointed, and I don’t think I would recommend the tea to others.

Lovey ambience but Tea Time was way overpriced. Food was basic and super small portions. And server forgot tea after sparkling rose until we were halfway done with our savory bites.

We were here for tea, the service and choices of tea were excellent. However the food was not worth the price. And the room was super loud which ruined the atmosphere
