    Our server, Carol, was simply outstanding! She made the evening! The food was solid, my wife’s swordfish was excellent, but my snapper was slightly overcooked. The crab salad appetizer was quite good. The crème brûlée with popcorn and bourbon ice cream was very tasty. Nine dollars for a bottle of sparkling water was absurd. Drink prices were otherwise average-to-high for this area.

    I had high expectations and they were deflated o ce my entrée arrived. I had a different interpretation of what pan fry was. The red snapper I was excited to see on the menu was a dry piece of deep fried fish. Our wait person was very attentive and suggested the Salmon which was delicious. Overall high priced for the quality of food. Service was pleasant.

    This was the slowest service I have ever had at a restaurant. There was one server for way too many tables. We waited 50 minutes from the time we sat down to when we got our cocktails. The appetizers came and were finished before we got the drinks! And then when we ordered wine, it took forever to come, arrived after we had finished our entrees. The food was good, but it was such a disappointing and annoying meal due to the lack of service. They need to hire more people.

    Great experience with a dinner reservation for our anniversary. Waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. Gave great suggestions We sat outside with a wonderful view of the resort pools and outdoor areas. Food came out very flavorful and the plating was very nice as well. Manager waiter hostess and bartender all 10/10

    Service was not good and food was overcooked. My husband ordered a salad it came out with mine & my son’s meal. Our drinks didn’t come until after our entrees. The waitress asked if we wanted desert and my husband never got his entree, when he did it get was dry.

    We ordered drinks, apps, sides and main courses and left hungry. Well over priced based on quality of food flavors and preparation. $50 Pork chop very thin cut and over cooked/dry. $45 sword fish was also petit and dry. Tostones had no flavor, dipping sauce tasted like ketchup. Salads, fish pancakes and crudo were ho hum. Any way over priced for portion sizes. We would have ordered more food but decided to get a second meal at Lupi around the corner. Our waiter was a little passive aggressive and I think he would have made ordering more entrees uncomfortable. Location and Atmosphere were very nice, but I can't recommend to waste money on a blah meal when many better options in San Juan.

    Our meal was fantastic. We had the salmon w chickpeas and the lobster soup. Both were delicious. Our waiter was also very accommodating. My mom had a sore throat, so he brought her some chamomile tea with sliced lemons and a little jar of honey, and some cream. He was very attentive throughout the whole meal. Food came on time. It was hot. It was divine. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Could not have had a better meal here at the Fairmont.
