    Excellent paella tons of ingredients seafood chicken chorizo seasoned perfectly! We shared fir two didn't think we would finish but we did! Definitely would recommend

    We've enjoyed Candela for several years and have now introduced friends who are all enjoying too. Delicious food, fresh and good quality, excellent service and a comfortable atmosphere where we can actually have a conversation without shouting.

    Let me start by saying that the service was excellent and the food was delicious. We ordered from the Dine-Out Fort Lauderdale menu 4 course menu with wine or Sangria included for only $45 dollars. The menu offers something for everyone. My only negative was that the shrimp we all ordered was a bit too salty. But everything else was perfect. We will definitely be back to try other menu items.

    Portions are perfect for a sharing pair. Mediterranean style with olives and capers. Branzino was prepared to perfection. Presentation masterpieces.

    This is an outstanding restaurant. My wife and I have been dining here for over 12 years. We choose to eat here about 12-15 times per year. We love the food and service. The food is always cooked with the most delicious combination of spices that add greatly to the taste of the food and do not leave you overwhelmed. We dined last night, starting with the delicious octopus. Both of us had the branzino, which was done superbly with a nice mixture of vegetables and potatoes. As usual, the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place as a classy GO-TO experience.
