Every cantina is a cultural expression of the place where it is found. Gastronomy-wise, we have an extensive menu of Mexican Cuisine dishes, offering representative dishes of each state of the country, with traditional techniques and recipes (handmade tortilla, sauces made in a molcajete), along with avant-garde techniques such as vacuum cooking, spherification, foam, etc. We constantly update our menu and the chef’s recommendations with new and top quality ingredients.

Gotera en la mesa. No había la mitad de los postres. Servicio lento. Sipa fría. Rib eye 6/10. Usualmente AMO la 20; esta vez me fallaron. Me regalaron un carajillo para compensar, lo cual agradecí mucho, pero prefiero Antara o Polanco...

Servicio muy lento, nunca me trajeron las entradas. Tardaron más de cuarenta minutos en llevar el plato fuerte. Cuando por fin llegó, estaban fríos todos los platos. Ya no quisimos esperar para postre

Nos atendió Yahir, y excelente atención y trato, me encantó que personalizó la experiencia llamándome por mi nombre SIN caer en lo falso y que nadie cree, le sale muy natural, un gran elemento el que tienen ahí. Super bien ganada la propina.

Fui en 10 de mayo para festejar a mi mamá. Tuvieron buenos detalles para la fecha Conín cocktail y un pastel de cortesía. Además hubo música en vivo.
