   Disappointing for the Ned. This restaurant has been crammed in by the entrance. Food arrived extremely quickly with all courses served at once. Rushed experience in a half empty restaurant. Food was average at best and seating is cramped.

   Table was booked at 18.00, Saturday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend! See you soon.

   Mixed bag, the lady who checked us in, started out by saying we were early for our 6pm booking (we got there at 17:56pm), I apologised. The waiter who served us was great and patient but he wasn’t our main server, and when we asked what the sauces were the lady (Head Server?) rattled off a list of names in Spanish and walked away. Unfortunately, we don’t speak Spanish so we’re left none the wiser as to what they were. The food was good and the atmosphere is a little loud. But it’s open plan and to be expected. Just prepare yourself to be dismissed, and if you don’t brother the staff with questions, I am sure it’s enjoyable.

   Good food in a lovely setting at Cantina Malibu. But the excellent service was the stand out.

   Average service, slow not unpleasant but unattentive. Food is very average, not bad portions just lacks any actual flavour

   The quality of the food was very good and the portions were more generous than expected. Was a satisfying light meal and nice addition to the mix of restaurants at the Ned.

   Very rude staff from the second I walked in which immediately set the wrong tone. I was told I wasn’t allowed to sit in a booth because we only had 3, not 4 guests, despite the restaurant being 100% empty (and, to note, this booth was still not filled more than two hours later). They then proceeded to tell me I only had 90 minutes before I even sat down, and when I said that wasn’t long enough, they extended it to 2h. Note that would have been spending a fair amount of money but the vibe they set was so wrong, I’m glad, in the end, we didn’t have the opportunity!! The staff then proceeded to rush us so completely through insisting on clearing plates before anyone had finished eating, coming over every 5 minutes to take more away, at times even taking full dishes away that we were still eating!! We were brought the bill without asking, and had to ask it to be reissued because we hadn’t finished ordering. I appreciate that it is a busy time of year but for staff to be so incredibly rude in what should be a well regarded establishment not only takes their brand but the overall Ned brand into disrepute. Luckily my friends and I went on elsewhere and didn’t waste too much time nor money at Malibu but I would have been incredibly disappointed if I had been attending this “restaurant” for anything more than a cocktail and a nibble. I will never return.

   It was ok, small portions and the nachos are poor. Good margaritas. We won't return.

    A very limited menu, but what we ate was very tasty. I am vegetarian and although I really enjoyed what I had, there wasn’t much choice. The waitress was quite helpful, but took our plates before we’d finished. Super lovely ambience.
