   Everything about this restaurant impressed us. The hostess was so pleasant and accommodating when we had to call and change the time of the reservation. Our server was outstanding - she explained the menu items explicitly, gave us plenty of time to place our order - not rushed - and she was a genuinely nice person! I loved the ambiance - gave me a San Francisco vibe! The food was equally amazing - the focaccia bread was so light and favorable! The beets were amazing. My husband loved his salmon, the bolognese was one of the best my daughter had, and I loved the mushroom risotto! Put this on your bucket list!

   2 of my friends and I were visiting Seattle from Texas for a work trip and decided to check out Cantinetta after it was recommended by a local friend. I can see why they recommended it! I ordered the Pici and it was amazing. The homemade noodles were perfectly cooked and the flavors were wonderful. Our waiter also recommended a red wine that matched the pasta perfectly. Will definitely go again next time I’m in the Seattle area!

   We have been going to Cantinetta since it opened. Last night the food and service were great - but the NOISE was too much. We could not hear each other to have a conversation. It was a very uncomfortable dinner.

   We had not been here for dinner in 3 years and were very pleased with the quality of food and service. It was a crowded Saturday night, and we were seated in 5 min. Our server made some nice recommendations regarding appetizers and pasta. The negroni was perfectly balanced and almost ethereal. Burrata with prosciutto had excellent flavor and textures. The carbonara tagliatelle was perfectly cooked and flavored. The braised short rib was tender and seasoned well with the polenta. The cannoli were sweet but delicate with the right crunch. Wonderful coffee at the end.

   Terrific attentive service, warm comfortable vibe, delicious clams and mista salad. I also really enjoyed the tasty Cantinetta red. Bravo!

   This place is an absolute gem. We really enjoyed the cozy ambience and the food was nothing but spectacular. I had the carbonara and the rest of my table ordered the Bolognese. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the flavors were out of this world. 10 stars! I am obsessed.

    The pasta dishes have slipped over the years. Used to be more flavorful and authentic. The tiramisu was amazing as always.
