    Great steak and Martini. Cody waited on us and got our drinks out quickly! Wonderful food and service! Gino gave us a gin lesson as an added bonus…. I love the Canyon House!

    All the food was great! Lots of options but not overwhelming. Great appetizers! Awesome wine selection and outstanding Espresso Martini - the best I've had! Loved the ambiance as well.

    Food was terrific! Great price for an 8oz filet that was awesome! The service was top notch and all 4 of us really enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful evening. Also, the butter cake is a must have!

    Executive Chef, Greg, and his staff are providing an outstanding dining experience! Food is delicious, staff is very professional and attentive and environment is classy and comfortable. Overall, an A+ rating. Highly recommend!

    Marisa was an excellent server and Greg was a great greeter who welcomed us nicely. Ambiance was very nice and next time we will try the patio seating. Dinner was tasty and quick to arrive after ordering. Highly recommend

    Overall, this is a very nice addition to a quite lacking Castle Pines dining scene. Cocktails and food were excellent and the service was friendly and attentive. Pizza was a pleasant surprise - both well seasoned and crispy. The wine list is the only weak point of this place. Nearly every wine can be purchased at King Soopers or at your average liquor store. However, this weakness is well compensated by the solid list of well-made cocktails. Will definitely come back for more!

    The Canyon House is a lovely breath of fresh air The food was fabulous! My daughter had salmon I had pot roast and both were truly fabulous! It is a beautiful setting. Our waiter was Cameron & he was awesome. He was knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant, fun and I would request him again & again. I love that the restaurant seems to be the perfect size & ambiance for The Canyons. We had a nice bottle of wine that was reasonably priced. I truly can’t say enough positive things about our first experience at The Canyon House!

    Ordered the Salmon Chef's Stir Fry. The salmon was good, but there was way too much teriyaki sauce! It literally looked like I ordered soup. Everything was so covered in the sauce that the vegetables lost their color and were all brown. I don't mind some sauce, but this was overkill. Everything else we ordered was delicious! I do understand they are new and some changes will happen to the menu and how the food is served. We will definitely be going back.

    Had a wonderful dining experience! Steak was amazing and drinks were really good. We couldn’t believe the value, and will definitely be back.
