Capitol Cellars opened in Boise, Idaho on March 4, 2015. Melinda and Skip Smyser, along with daughter, Logan Smyser Griffin created a restaurant that focuses on serving high-quality, local cuisine and offering a world-class wine list in Boise’s subterranean Belgravia cellar location. Capitol Cellars was selected the Best New Restaurant, in 2015 by the Idaho Statesman, nominated for the Small Business of the Year, Award in 2018 by the Boise Chamber, and has been awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, in 2016, 2017 and 2018. In addition to a world-class wine list, Capitol Cellars has a full bar with featured and specialty cocktails. Capitol Cellars offers lunch and dinner. Capitol Cellars offers patio dining and serves Boise’s best business lunch and an elegant-upscale dinner menu that changes with the seasons bounty.
