   I have never considered ordering mac’n’cheese at a restaurant unless it’s lobster mac and cheese on the east coast, however our server was very persuasive. It was outstanding! If you love cheese this place is for you. The mushroom pasta is also great as is the focaccia. Our server was very nice and friendly and the music ( 60’s ) was perfect

   Great Experience, was our first time dining with them. Ordered: Ceasar Salad Pesto Garlic Bread, served with marinara sauce, lots of flavour and cheese Brono Pizza ( by far the best thing we ordered,highly recommend) Carbonara ( huge portion, silky, delicious) Would 100% recommend. Was booked full, and service was still very good!

   It was my first time going to Capra Toro. I had just learned of it the week before, and while I had been hearing positive reviews, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. The pizzas my girlfriend and I ordered were absolutely amazing. No notes, just amazing food. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, so it's worth it. Will definitely return.

   Amazing food! As a table we got the garlic pesto bread, two pizzas(I don’t recall the names), chicken parmigiana and the eggplant parmigiana. The flavours or everything were so complex and multidimensional! The eggplant parmigiana definitely stood out from the rest! It was the best eggplant parmigiana I’ve ever had! The eggplant had an almost nutty flavour to it, and there wasn’t a hint of bitterness which I often find with eggplant. I was blow away! Lastly for desert we all split the cannolis, which were so light and delicious! The restaurant its self is well decorated with moody lighting! The decor is a combination of eclectic and classic, but overall an amazing vibe. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

   Best food in Peterborough can’t beat it anywhere in this town. If u have the chance or money to get it, please get the meatballs they’re one of or not the best appetizer I’ve ever had. Same with the pizza was perfect! Adam and his family run a fantastic restaurant with great atmosphere, service, cocktails, food, and just overall experience! Would recommend to anyone in Peterborough to go and try it out

   Capra Toro is a fine local, family owned and operated establishment. The servers were friendly and the decor pleasant and interesting. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portions you receive. The pizza was delicious and well prepared; the chicken parm was thick and tasty. They offered a nice variety of cocktails also. While mostly classic Italian cuisine, it would be interesting if a winter menu might explore and branch out to include some Tuscan style items like roasted (locally raised) meats or a rich, hearty stew. Our dining experience was wonderful and we will definitely be back with our friends who also enjoy special dining experiences.

    Our experience was fantastic..We have been there before but last night we brought friends had never been...We were all very pleased with everything... The food was amazing...The portions are perfect...You get your money's worth.... Everything was spot on...We will absolutely return.
