   Great experience here. We started at the bar, The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinner was also great, wait staff checked on us often and were very friendly. Pasta is made fresh here and the dishes were seasoned well. This is a Caesars property so they take Caesars rewards for payment. This restaurant has only been open for a month and they are doing a great job, we will return.

   We have been here twice in one week. The first time the chicken parm and broccoli came out like-warm almost cold. I spoke to the manager about it and told him the food tasted good however it was almost cold. We then informed him that we would be back in a few days with a more people and he advised he would take care of us with a round of drinks etc…. Fast forwarding to Sunday, we ordered our food, they forgot a dish and then we felt we were being rushed by the staff hurry up. We did have a 8:30 reservation but there were plenty of people still eating in the restaurant. The food is a little pricey for Italian food, however it’s on the strip… that being said not sure we need to return anytime soon. I do realize it’s only been open 3 weeks, but when you had issues only days apart, it’s upsetting….

   The entire evening was a joy due to the laid back lounge type environment and with great ambience. Food was top notch and the service was great. Everything together made for a delightful evening.

   From the minute we were greeted until we walked out the service was perfect!! Michael and Caesar took wonderful care of us! The menu had something for everyone! Everything was soooo good! Will be back on next trip!!

   The food that we had was great. The table need linens. It was weird paying that much and not having table linens. Also, I was expecting more variety of Italian food. They have very few Italian dishes and the rest was standard steak and fish.

   Caramella does not disappoint! Beautiful, new (3 weeks old) restaurant on the mezzanine of Planet Hollywood. Beautiful design with a terrace, bar and speakeasy. We had a great birthday dinner for my husband. He had one of the house specialties, Stuffed Chicken Parmesan breast. That dish would have satisfied two people! I had the Chilean SeavBass Piccata, also a specialty. We ordered the warm Cheese Garlic Bread which is a real treat with marinara and pesto with pine nuts sauces. The service was wonderful. Shout out to our waiter, Tucker! We had their special dessert "Signature Caramella Tart". Wonderful dark chocolate custard with salted caramel sauce. No complaints about this venue. Everything was top notch!

   Everything was great except for the music which was too loud. Don’t go there if you want to be able to talk to the people at your table.
