   I think the service was excellent. Our waitress was very informative and walked us to the entire menu and gave out some really good recommendations. The garlic mashed potatoes were pretty average and tasted like they were riced. We had a lobster Mac, which was pretty good and we ordered the New York strip, which didn’t have a lot of flavor other than char and was oddly tough for medium rare. Definitely should’ve opted for the filet mignon but we were both really hungry so we wanted more ounces. restaurant is beautiful!

   I need to take a few minutes to brag on #CarbonSteak in downtown Milwaukee. Last night, my boyfriend and I went to dinner there-it was my second time, his first. Ladies and gentlemen, I am telling you, Carbon Steak is THE premiere, Las Vegas-style steakhouse in Milwaukee, far surpassing Rare, Carnevor, and even my beloved Mo's. The ambiance, lighting, and minimalist decor set the stage for an awe-inspiring evening. Our food was fantastic. We started with a Caesar salad and bread. Each of us opted for the filet, both of which were cooked perfectly to our desired temperatures; the tender steak paired flawlessly with the mushrooms and garlic mash. But, above all else: Carbon's impeccable service. Brooke, our server, was so kind, personable, professional, and attentive. The manager, Zottie, stopped by our table to chat and check in on how our dinner was tasting. She actually remembered me from my first visit to Carbon this past January--even down to the minute details of where I was seated and a mistake I made on the dinner reservation time, which she was quick to accommodate even though it was my error. I can't put into words how special she made me feel. To think she remembered me from 2.5 months ago is mind-blowing, especially considering how many other guests had come and gone throughout those 10 weeks. Finally, I had the opportunity to talk to the owners, Sunny and his brother, Prince, Singh. They beamed with pride when I complimented the food and gushed on Brooke and Zottie's outstanding service. But, what touched my heart most was how sincerely they appreciated hearing such kind words about their staff. #CarbonSteakMilwaukee I will be back, and soon!! To everyone reading-please go. Make the time, set a date, and enjoy. You will not be disappointed. Cheers!

   Never ask for the Chicken Parmigiana… worst ever! Expensive and bad taste. The steak was better, but also untasty. Never will come back!!

   Very good dinning experience. Our waitress was very nice and did a great job of explaining the menu as well as their specialty items. Great experience will definitely return soon

   We celebrated a birthday in December. We had such a nice experience, we celebrated our twins birthday tonight. We appreciated how you accommodated our requests with a great booth for our gift opening and the birthday cake we brought in. Thank you for your wonderful food, service and for a special evening for my family!

   Talk about a truly FINE dining experience! What a great place with simply amazing food! The chef, Matt, DID NOT miss! I know they kept reiterating they have only been there for 15 months, but I couldn’t tell. With such a wonderful experience with great food street to finish, you would think they have done this for years! You simply MUST get here dinner than later!

    The A5 wagu was so fatty and the worst wagu I've had although the price was right up there with top grade wagu. The wine was supposedly Chianti but was so warm it tasted bland and not good. The filet was good but the wagu steak dinner was so chewy I burned more calories than I gained eating it.
