    Very poor, had to wait 20 mins to be seated upstairs even tho we had a reservation, there were dirty tables everywhere, the food was really tasteless and obviously not fresh. Very disappointing.

    We had a lovely meal between Christmas and New Year. Service was very good and the food lovely. Been here several times before. Highly recommend it.

    Food was very good, but the service was so slow. They took half an hour to take our order and nearly another hour for the food to arrive.

    Christmas Eve booking for 19people and the staff couldn’t have been better. Food was delicious and a huge choice to suit everybody.

    We waited an hour for food which was then cold. People next to us who arrived after were served before us despite us asking every time where our food was.

    Food was cold and not enough staff/ managers should check in on tables if floor staff too busy! Felt sorry for staff tbh as we g every Christmas and like Carluccios

    We go to Carluccios most years when home ah Christmas. We’ve organised lunches for 8 people the last 2 years and the food and service quality have been excellent, giving us a great start to the festive period.

    We arrived painfully early for our meal and didn’t expect to be accommodated but were. The waiter was so cheerful and attentive and our meal was very tasty. Thank you.
