We’re the ideal place to visit for lunch during a shopping trip. With the marina just a few minutes away, why not stop off after a long walk along the waterfront and enjoy authentic Italian food in comfortable surroundings.

The waitress apologised for how busy they were but the waiting times for food were too long. ALSO….the whole place was too cold. ALSO…the main course I wanted was unavailable ALSO…no lemon tart dessert on the menu?

Very disappointed. Food was ok but very slow to come, particularly the main course which came about an hour after we ordered. Asked a number of times and told ‘it’s just coming’. Or even ‘I will get them now’ when they wandered off and did something else. We believe the kitchen was the problem, or forgetting our order. The restaurant was very busy. Never again!

Excellent waitress and table service. Everything clean. Started with selection for f breads, then lovely pizzas and containers provided to take remainder home.

Food was mediocre. Very bland carbonara, focaccia looked frozen and not appetising. Mini doughnuts were not nice and no english breakfast tea available. Service was not great either. Would suggest finding another restaurant.

Such a good vibe; friendly staff and delicious food. Regularly come here as it’s so easy to just book, slip in, eat and relax before battling the crowds of shoppers. Beautifully located and packed with Italian cuisine.

Delicious mushroom soup, with gluten free bread And gluten free rosemary and garlic potatoes! A pleasure to see gluten free pasta options on the menu too.

Had an excellent meal at Carluccios today. Deducted a star as the restaurant had run out of most pastas. Not ideal in an Italian restaurant. Other than that, lovely experience.

Had a very nice lunch ,it is a favourite Resturant of ours as staff always friendly We also had a voucher from our last visit which is given on your receit my husband had sea food linguine and I had risotto di Mare both were excellent

Delicious food served hot and quickly for a lunch which was perfect. Only really minor things, we had one server who didn’t offer us table water or Parmesan cheese which is usually standard. Really minor, but otherwise it was excellent and of course loved the 50% voucher off of mains
