   Food is alway good at Carmines. The serving size is very generous. However, I felt very rushed. We arrived at 5:50 PM and was seated by 6:00. There were just 2 of us so we ordered a salad and entre. By 6:35, the server presented our check. The entre was served just as we were finishing our salad. I told the server to take her time, but I gusess it didn't matter.

   Carmines salad was delicious as always. The service was great and the rigatoni bolenese was fabulous. Can give Carmines enough praise!

   Excellent quality food with very large portions. Expect to take home for second meal. The penne vodka was outstanding. Reservations mandatory since the place fills up by 6PM hence the noise level goes up. Otherwise do not hesitate to go here if you like Italian food!

   My girlfriend and I have only been here once and have been hooked since. We came here to celebrate her birthday and just like last time it was excellent.

   It was good and the amount of food for the money is great. Our waitress just didn’t come around enough and we had to wait for water refills and it took awhile for the check and pay, this was due to the waitress not coming around often.

   The outside hostess (upstairs) was not very welcoming. She did not smile nor personable when we checked in for our reservation. Her demeanor was very off putting to customers , other customers made the same remarks as they waited. She acted like she didn’t want to be working. Unsure why they have a bouncer sitting at the door, too. Just very off putting for a restaurant at 4:45pm .
