   We were there for breakfast. The waiter arrived promptly for our order. I ordered the bacon toast which arrived with a big clump of butter which didn’t melt because the toast was not hot enough. Another toasted bagel arrived cold. Had to request silverware but didn’t get spoons for our coffee. We never got a refill for our coffee and didn’t see the waiter again until we asked for the bill. The restaurant played extremely loud music and it was difficult to have a conversation.

   Amazing food, huge portions, great customer service. Make a reservation for sure. Walking wait time was over an hour. We walked right in to our table as we had a reservation. Everything was great!!!

   The best pancakes I've ever had. And the toppings for the French toast were extremely generous. It was incredibly busy, but the staff definitely did the best they could considering how many people were packed into that place. Everyone was super friendly, and our seats were separate enough that we got a break from the humanity.

   Booked a reservation at Carnegie hoping to have a proper NY pastrami sandwich with my family. We arrived at our res time and still had to wait 30 mins standing. Sat by the back door where the freezing air blew across us EVERY time someone walked in. Then we were served pretty good french toast with 1 tiny serving of syrup, and had to literally get up and FIND our waitress to get more. And dry pastrami sandwiches that were barely warm with soggy french fries. Overall a pretty disappointing experience. If you make folx wait 30 mins beyond their reservation, the food should be good, no?

   The food was very good. We were a few minutes late for our reservation and they still fit us in relatively quickly even though there were six of us.

   Food was cold, waitress didn't want helps and rolled her eyes every time we asked for a refill. We had to send my husband's eggs back because they were cooked wrong and they came back at the end of our meal when we were paying. I'd never eat here again or recommend this restaurant.

    We went here before seeing Wicked. It was very crowded, but our server understood our hurry and helped get our food on time!
