   We were sat next to a table with two guys arguing loudly using profane language with threats of violence. Obviously drunk as one of them said so and the staff kept serving them. I informed a manager who offered to move us but did nothing to handle the dangerous situation. We declined and left. I feel bad for the other guest seated nearby who were obviously frightened.

   What a wonderful surprise! Great everything and shout out to Alex who served us. The place was packed and hopping. I strongly suggest making a reservation.

   Reservation made and was seated early. Slow on staff to take order with drinks. Tables were small. Food portions were good. Waiter did not explain the menu well. Some items were not available because they were sold out. In n out about an hour if planning to eat before a show.

   Your reservation is just a "suggestion" here. If you're going to the theatre, book it 2 1/2 hours in advance of showtime. The food is not real deli like you would expect in NYC.

   Yes, as others have said, even with a reservation, you will still have a wait for your table. Not really a problem for us. Our party of three arrived at 5:45 on Saturday night, had our table by 6:00, and finished by 7:00. Food was yummy. “Diner” doesn’t really describe the food. Food was elevated several levels above diner food.

   We were seated as soon as we entered and the waitress was great and so was the food. I will definitely go there again.

   This is a perfect place to dine before a show. My table all got different variations of Rubens and everyone loved it. The salad and salad dressing are fantastic though it was packed. They got our table ready relatively quickly with our reservation and service was excellent.

   Good place for comfort food pre- or post-theater. Large, varied menu. However, service is always slow so make sure you leave extra time to eat and make the curtain time.

    This restaurant was amazing! Food was something I never tasted before, the pancakes were so fluffy,soft and buttery! You can honestly share them with another person as well. waiters were kind and respectful, manger is flexible and reliable . We had reservations for 9:30 am , I called saying we were going to be late for the 9:30 am and the manger was understanding and let us come in at the 9:45 am. Service was fast and calm. This place was amazing I recommend coming here and would definitely come back on my NYC trip!
