Great ambience and terrific staff. Cocktails were solid with a wide array of options favoring any palate. Food was amazing. We had the grilled lobster and fresh grouper. Basil was our waiter and was personable and very knowledgeable. A must if you’re on Paradise Island.

A wonderful lively environment that emphasizes vibrancy along with great culture. Excellent experience around the bar and inside dining. An easy perfect option to attend on the island.

Amazing Latin Cuisine and Vibes! The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, the drinks were absolutely 10/10, and the service was top-notch. The vibrant, fun aesthetic added to the perfect dining experience. Can’t wait to return! The staff was very accommodating with kids - perfect for a family or an intimate meal experience.

Loved the vibrant & colourful dining atmosphere at Carnivale. Food was good but some dishes had more spice than expected. Drinks were great, especially the blush sangria. Enjoyed the indoor settings catching up with friends.
