Restaurantes Carolo, named after a variation of the Italian form of “Carlos”, was the first company of the group, created in November, 2007. It represented an innovation for the creative needs of Carlos Gómez Senderos and his love for bakery. The first restaurant of the group-Carolo Bosques-was created for Carlos to have a place to work. And that’s when the story began. From that moment on, Grupo Carolo has opened several restaurants.

Muy mal acondicionado para gente minusválida !! Imposible en silla ruedas subir 18 escalones !! Deben tener acceso a la gente que lo necesita ! No puede un restaurante estar abierto y dar servicio así …. Es como reservar el derecho de admisión y rechazar gente sin poder caminar ! Muy mal esto !! Todos tenemos derecho a ello !! Ojalá tomen cartas en el asunto urgente !!
