El servicio fue muy malo, realmente los meseros son abusivos, no saben como tratar gente. Tuvimos un incidente donde se rompió un florero, y muy abusivamente el mesero nos dijo que lo teníamos que pagar. Realmente pagar 100 quetzales por el florero no era el problema, si eso cuesta una bebida, si no, el problema es la forma abusiva del mesero de actuar y la falta de comunicación y enojo del mesero. Fue un accidente y a cualquiera le sucede. Creo que hay mejores restaurantes donde uno puede recibir un mejor trato.

Service was bad. We were a large party and let them know in advance but they didn’t seem to be prepared to serve large tables. They got the order wrong, brought the wrong dishes, food took too long. Quality of food was excellent though

Such a beautiful atmosphere and attentive staff. The food was high quality and recommendations from the server were delicious. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone visiting who wants a special meal.

I travel often to Guatemala City and always try to visit this restaurant. Exquisite cuisine, consistent quality, fresh ingredients and amazing flavors. No doubt this is one of the best restaurants in Guatemala. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed
