   Loved our server who knew so many gluten friendly options on the menu! She marked up a menu for us on what was gluten friendly and to our surprise - most of things that were battered were in rice flour!!

   We absolutely always loving coming here whenever we visit Las Vegas We love getting away from the strip and have amazing quality, comfort food, always unique and delicious menue items served by amazing staff . Great ambiance

   Carson’s Kitchen is a unique experience. We ordered the pep & pep flatbread which was delicious. We also shared the tempura green beans. I went with a picky eater so the menu was a challenge for my friend, but what we decided on was delicious.

   Truly a hidden gem! While others are looking for next level dining experiences and brave the crazy, busy, gigantic scale of the casinos, there’s a little “no fuss”, non-pretentious, next level dining place in downtown Vegas. I’ve been there 3 times, and each time I had the burnt end hot dogs! Love the crisp, juicy, delicious hot dog bathed in an amazing sauce! The tempura green beans are also so amazingly good, as is the shrimp scampi pasta! The dish is made with udon noodles and an incredible buttery, creamy, garlic laden sauce with so many good chunks of chopped shrimp! They also make a fantastic old fashioned, a spicy Bloody Mary or Bloody Maria! The service is always so good and an informative experience. Each dish delivered to the table is accompanied by an explanation/description of each dish, by the server. And sitting at the bar in the kitchen are is quite a nice little show! The chefs are all working hard making the amazing food, and it’s very entertaining! They also have a bar which I can do some work on my laptop while having a nice cocktail or cold beer! This will be a regular stop for me on every Vegas visit from now on! Thank you Carson Kitchen staff! Keep making your magic! ❤️

   Good and staff were great! We just ordered a lot of different dishes and shared, everything was so good! Most of the dishes we tried had a spicy kick, but it was just the perfect amount of spicy (not too hot). Overall a great place, definitely recommend!

   A Sensational Experience!! Intimate and inviting atmosphere perfect for a date or a small group. Kendahl, our server, is great at what she does and it shows! She is courteous, well-informed, and engaging! Scott Simon created a truly outstanding baked Mac 'n Cheese that was cheesy and very savory! Another magnificent menu item, the bacon jam served with crostini! Wow! Thick and spreadable with melted Havarti covered this baked treasure. And the dessert, a donut take on bread pudding was like first kiss, something that will stay with me forever. Epic night out!

    Disappointing experience at Carson Kitchen. Friends have hyped it up so we decided to give it a try ahead of a show at the Smith Center. The grape burrata salad was good and enjoyed the smoked honey with the chicken skins but the rest of the meal was lackluster for the price. That was THE WORST risotto I’ve ever had and for a tapas restaurant it was NOT worth the $140 bill! I needed a refill on my iced tea and my husband asked a food runner since we had not seen our server and he was rude and said “you need to tell your server” instead of providing good customer service and then waited another 5 minutes. We can check this off our list and won’t be back. For the same price we should’ve gone to Vic’s but hey; we tried something new.
