   I’ve been here a few times and it’s great every single time. The service is excellent and the food is so so good. I recommend the killer shrimp and chicken skins as appetizers. For entrees/sides the chicken thighs, curry trout and the Mac and cheese. All delicious! The trout was chef’s kiss 20/10!

   Hard to find; poor signage. Service was great, food just okay. Uncomfortable stools; chairs preferred. Might try again, but doubtful. Donut bread pudding was wonderful though!

   Our first time dining at Carson was awesome! Brooke is the best, she humbly told me she has been working there for 10.5 years. That really tells you something about the culture of that restaurant. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and attentive. The open kitchen is such a fun experience for me as a guest, I love to see how other kitchens operate and the cooks work together. Very stoic and calm faces, quiet communication between them, very professional. Get the killer shrimp, try a flatbread, honestly you won't be disappointed with whatever you choose. We are keeping this on our list to return to.

   We could only get a table outdoors so we were worried we’d be cold but the hostess and waitress were great to make sure we were warm with the outdoor fire and heaters. It was nice and quiet outside. The food was amazing, and fun to eat tapas style. I think our favorite was the green beans, goat cheese salad, short rib and the bread pudding! Probably one of the best desserts we’d all ever had!

   Sat at the counter and rapped with the chefs as they did their thing. Had a GREAT experience overall. Food was great and helped cure a hangover! Had the Pork Belly and the Risotto. Both were awesome. The Pork could have been rendered a tiny bit more but that’s just me being a snob! Will recommend to friends and return on all my business trips

   The loveliest meal. My favourite way to dine, small dishes of the yummiest food. Great restaurant with a cool bib e and the friendliest staff. We ate the shrimp, brussel sprout salad, mac and cheese and the pork belly, all so delicious and tasty. Would definitely recommend this restaurant :-)

   We sat at the kitchen counter and it took a few minutes for the waitress to serve us, but after that the service was great. We ordered the fire shrimp appetizer, bacon burger and trout curry, along with a beer and two maple old fashions. Everything we ordered was amazing: hot and fresh, great flavor, especially the curry and old fashions. The meal was rather expensive: $160 including tip

    Really, really good The food was great, the service was unobtrusive and friendly It's definitely somewhere I'd recommend, and I plan to go back next time I'm in the area
