   I read good reviews for this place and needed a place for the 6 of us to eat before the hockey game. We got a reservation literally the day before and probably didn’t need one. The food was amazing for sure! So different and so good.! Our waiter suggested 4-5 items for our group to share and swore it would be more than enough. We ended up ordering more and quit at 7 . We left kind of hungry still. The portions for each $18+ dish ordered only came with enough for 3 people to try, so we were cutting deviled eggs and gyros in half so all could try for instance. We loved the food but were disappointed in the servings. Fun idea though for sure.

   LOVED our evening at Carson Kitchen! Chose them somewhat randomly as a pre-concert spot but will for sure return. Quality of the food was excellent - everything we had was special in some way. Mac & cheese was to die for and the bread pudding was amazing. Sergio's service was spot on and the ambience was fresh and casual. The ONLY negative is the acoustics...our party of 7 was seated at one of the high tables and no way could we hear each other from one end to the other. Highly recommend.

   Our service was outstanding! We went here for a date night dinner before a show tonight for our first time. Our server helped us find some great small plates to share and everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

   Absolutely wonderful food! Shareable family style is the best! Our server Nicky was fantastic and helped us pick the best dishes! We will be back for sure!

   We had so much fun tonight. Have some food and drinks before heading to a Utes game. Nicky was awesome and made great food recommendations! 10/10 would go again.

   Our first experience at Carson Kitchen was outstanding! We had a huge lazy Susan at our table to help with sharing. The food we’d DELICIOUS! Cocktails tasty! Service was helpful and friendly. All around excellent hospitality!

    AMAZING FOOD, if you're looking to try multiple things in one meal... this is your place. Our waitress was amazing with great recommendations and accommodations for my allergies. I HIGHLY recommend the deviled eggs, they were to die for. For 2 people their recommendations of starting with 4 dishes is perfect and the follow up with their BOURBON BACON ICE CREAM AND BROWNIE, holy moly it was incredible to say.
