   We came for the thanksgiving brunch but were disappointed that there not as many options as last year. The food was cold and dry.

   Blow your mind cocktails done perfectly. Not some basic Hotel cocktails put together by children. Know these were professional craft cocktail people. The Thanksgiving spread was second to none possibly the best I’ve seen around the world.

   One of the best Thanksgiving brunch spreads in town. Food and service was good but not sure it was worth the cost.

   The reservation process was very flawed snd cumbersome, intervention from your extraordinary staff allow me to complete my reservation. The Marriott model management does not allow an individual to leave credit card numbers to secure a restaurant reservation. This is not conducive to all individuals. I am computer and electronic literate, it is an agist model that discriminates individuals who are not smart phone or computer literate or lack access or competence. The cuisine, staff and ambience were extraordinary. The system is poor, reflecting the Marriott model, not like the personalized service when the Clayton Ritz carlton was under private ownership

   Our table wasn’t ready and hostess sat multiple groups of similar size over the course of 30 minutes. Ended up eating at the bar. Bartender was a nice server but busy. Management never acknowledged the issue.

   Food was good, service needs some work, they don’t give you spoons for coffee, other things.

   Normally I’d rank 5 stars across the board, as we’ve eaten here many times. This visit I rate 4 stars on service and overall ONLY due to waiting 30 minutes past our reservation times to be seated. The staff were friendly about it, and I could tell they were actively trying to manage the full main dining area to seat us, however that long of a wait was a bit much. Overall the food and experience was amazing as always despite that. I still highly recommend!

   The server’s performance was subpar, resulting in an exceptionally long wait time. From the moment I placed my order until I received my food, the total duration exceeded three hours. Compounding this inconvenience, the restaurant contacted me on the day of my reservation (four hours prior to the scheduled time) to inquire about the possibility of rescheduling my meal earlier in the day. It is noteworthy that I had made the reservations a week in advance.
