   Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. We waited over an hour to sit, another hour for our food, which turned out to be cold and extremely small portions—barely enough for one person in a party of five. There was no entertainment to make up for the long delays, and on top of that, errors with our bill took over 30 minutes to fix. All this after paying $1,868 upfront, plus additional costs for drinks. It literally felt like a scam. I would avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other options in Miami to choose from!

   I am VERY disappointed in our NYE experience. Our reservation was at 9:30pm. We arrived and checked in at 9:20pm. After checking in with the hostess 3 times our table was finally ready at 10:33pm. We watched empty tables slowly fill up with people who arrived after us. Only to find the table we were being seated at was the very last table on the dock outside furthest away from everything. We sat at the bar like civilized people waiting for our table. Paid a $400 bar bill twice. The way we were treated by the hostess was incredibly unacceptable. She just kept saying there are no other tables available, that is the last one. So of course there was nothing to be done at that point. However, we arrived before many of the tables that were sat in the dining room. We will never be going back. We will be telling our entire network of this experience. Infatuation was right.

   Terrible food; slow service; came to celebrate a birthday and there was no congratulations or anything from the staff. Our reservation was at 7:15 and we didn’t finish eating until 11 pm - and the staff pushed us out for the next seating like it was our fault that the food took so long.. horrible hospitality, food, service

   Came here for New Year’s Eve dinner and we were seated at the dead zone outside. No speaker no fire show no service no nothing. What a waste. Why offer a table at this part of the restaurant if you’re going to offer a horrible experience. Especially on New Year’s Eve. If the food and service was somewhat OK then I wouldn’t be leaving this review but everything just went downhill. This is a great place to come for drinks, but I would consider going elsewhere for the food

   This restaurant is stunning, with a beautiful ambiance and lovely water views that enhance the overall experience. My wife and I dined here for NYE, and the food was exceptional. We especially enjoyed the truffle risotto, sea bass carpaccio, sea bass fillet, Wagyu steak, and the delicious dessert. The music was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

    My first time at Casa Neos was not good. I decided to spend New Year's Eve there with my family and friends (because my daughter really wanted to go and try this trendy restaurant). We were pleasantly surprised. The service was very good. As soon as everyone arrived, they took us to our table. The food was very good for a menu that had already been set.
