Casa Nova Grill specializes in providing the best Brazilian food and barbecue (rodizio). We are a five-star restaurant, rated by New York Times as a five-star rodizio in the trip-state area. Owned and operated by Jose Moreira, a pioneer restauranteur in Newark, New Jersey, Casa Nova Grill was opened on November 30, 1992. We proudly serve, with a seating area of 250, with a private party room. We provide catering services and provide full party planning and execution for baptisms, children's birthday parties, weddings, and any other special occasion! We provide our customers with a convenient parking lot across the premises.

Took my wife and son out for a birthday dinner. We all like our meat medium. The first couple of pieces that came out were like beef jerky. Beyond well done and so dry. After asking for better cooked meat they did bring out better cooked meat. Not medium but better. I don’t think I would go back with so many other better places in Newark

Case Nova was a wonderful dining experience. The staff was very attentive my I dropped my fork on the floor and they immediately replaced it without even asking. The food was well prepared and delicious. My kids got their fill (and then some) of the rodizio and it did not disappoint. They brought out the “good stuff” first and it only got better for us and the night progressed. The sangria is dangerously delicious - highly recommend. We will be returning to enjoy another meal soon. Thank you!

I don't know how to describe my experience since I don't consider it bad or good. Food was good, just they forgot to give us something was on the menu. And the restaurant wasn't busy, very clean the restaurant. But was something else missing like that Brazilian vibe.

We had a wonderful family celebration of graduation and Father's Day at Casa Nova. We all ordered the rodizio (instead of a la carte), and highly recommend this. The service was both friendly and attentive, the restaurant was bustling and inviting, and the delicious meats just kept on coming (until you cry 'uncle'!). We're happy we chose this spot to celebrate the special occasion. We felt very warmly welcomed, and we will be coming back. Next time, we'd like to try dinner instead of lunch.

The steak was a little dry for my liking even though I ordered it a specific way it did not come out the way I liked and was a bit expensive.
