We are a New York steakhouse with a twist. Our Executive Chef is the only one in Southern Connecticut to use the old world technique of skillet cooking; producing the most perfectly cooked steak. Besides our steak entrees, we also offer the freshest seafood, lamb and duck entrees, as well as daily specials prepared to perfection by our master chefs. All of our beef is perfectly aged and hand cut on the premises. We use only the finest ingredients, the freshest seafood and Prime Angus beef; each presented with simple elegance. Enjoy our homemade specialty breads and desserts.

    The food was sub-par. I needed to salt and pepper my steak multiple times to keep the flavor. Make sure to order it one-two temps cooler than normal as it keeps cooking while on the skillet. The char on the steak didn’t have flavor. It almost tasted like leftover grill char. Super unpleasant. My mom had the short ribs which she said were okay. The service was absolutely beyond terrible. Our server walked past our empty drinks multiple times without even a glance. After we received our food, we were not checked on once. It was obvious he was in a rush to leave so he did not care about our experience. Won’t be returning or recommending.

    Incredible as always. First time for two from our party. They enjoyed it. Would eat there EVERY holiday if I could.

    My husband and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving lunch today. We got there around noon and was warmly greeted by staff and brought to our table. We ordered drinks and both had the turkey dinner. Every part of it was delicious and the portion was enough for another meal tomorrow. Our waiter Jared was attentive and friendly as was everyone helping with serving and clearing our table. Glad we made a reservation at Cast Iron Chef for Thanksgiving.

    Food was delicious. Dessert was great. I got the cinnamon cake, lobster rangoon and boneless braised short rib. The portion was great. I’d eat there again.

    Amazing dinner and drinks with friends. Ambience is lively but not food loud. Food and drinks were spectacular. Definitely try the slab bacon appetizer!
