The staff were attentive but not in your face. They were friendly and polite. The food was lovely and the whole ambience helped make a perfect evening. We went outside to see the stunning Leeds Castle lit, with the moat and surrounding area making a great backdrop.

Genuinely the best food I have ever had. It didn't fill me up and make me feel ill like most places.. It was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Greta value for what you get. There is a fair portion size but it's perfect. Definitely coming back

The Valentine's Day Meal was very nice, adequate choices and the welcome Cocktail was a nice touch. I think there could be improved parking for disabled patrons, as it is very difficult to park with a wheelchair. If you use the disabled parking in the big car park it is a long uneven journey for a wheelchair. All the courses we had were delicious. Some of the waiting staff need to learn to ask if you want anything further, once they have served you. Georgie was a very good Access Host, We haven't been hear for a while but will certainly return in the summer.

Setting and quality of food was amazing, was lovely to walk a few steps from our room into such a beautiful restaurant. Had breakfast the next day too which was of a very high standard.

Disappointing! Castle View was a nice location and a restaurant we have wanted to experience for a while. We were disappointed with the food which lacked a "hand made to order" feel and was definitely not anything special. For the £50 (starter and main only) a head we expected much finer dining. The dining room was large and spacious, but lacked finesse and ambience. Service we received was adequate, but we were not treated like valued guests. We are pleased we have now dined at the CastleView, but we would not go again. We could have enjoyed similarly tasting and presented meals as one of the many local restaurants and pubs for half the price.

Fantastic menu and food quality. Great choice of cocktails reasonably priced. Service was a little patchy even though it didn't look that busy. But staff very nice. Only slight disappointment was the castle view, which you could not see well from the table due to the brightness of the restaurant lights, especially those around the window - which detrimentally affected the ambience. Only good photo opportunity was from the patio outside - so I'd imagine tables would be sited on the patio in summer. But overall very nice evening. Will be back - in the summer.

A lovely experience! The food, service, restaurant and ambiance was very good. The obvious thing is the cost of the food which just seemed a bit pricey

The choice on the menu was very good, lots of interesting dishes to try.Tandoori brochette was delicious. Portion size was generous. Perhaps a little expensive but for a special occasion definitely worth it.Stunning view of the castle.Staff were attentive and friendly. I would of liked the background music slightly louder,it felt very quiet when other guests were not talking.Overall it was a wonderful experience. Also enjoyed a breakfast the following morning.Highly recommend. Amazing choice of menu. Exceptional full English buffet.
