Cathédrale Las Vegas, a Mediterranean restaurant envisioned by Executive Chef Jason Hall, takes culinary inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain, and Greece. Each flavorful dish is crafted with premium farmers' market fresh ingredients, such as the exquisitely marbled 48oz. Wagyu Tomahawk flambéed and served tableside. Unforgettable tableside experiences can also be found with the fully fileted Salt Baked Mediterranean Sea Bass, and the Affogato dessert, where espresso is poured over salted caramel gelato and presented in a carved ice block. The entrance to the restaurant is stunning which gives a nice ambiance as you start your meal. The food was delicious, but expensive. This was a birthday celebration so I didn’t mind as much, but I probably wouldn’t come here for a regular dinner. We got the tomahawk which was served table side and felt like we had dinner with a show!!!

Terrible experience. First this 9:30 reservation with opentable was not honored . Secondly, when I found out about the "no reservation" issue, they took very long to confirm that I could get there before 10 pm so we can be served, I spoke to Brian. We ran to cathedral with very little time to get to the window of 10 pm. When we got there, ladies at the reception went through all the process again not accepting us for dinner. I asked for Brian, Brian showed telling us that the other Brian (????) That I talked to has mistakenly guided us and it will not be possible to serve us. Terrible experience for me and my clients.

The ambience and decor was amazing. Waiter could have been a bit more attentive and the food was only fair . I was at a couple of other restaurants that were Amazing the other two nights I was in Las Vegas . If I hadn’t gone there I might have rated this place a bit higher but was not the case . I tasted two other dishes aside from mine and it was only fair . There’s room to improve .

We loved Cathedral. Not only was the food and service great but the restaurant offers an experience with some of their menu items. I would highly recommend the salt baked sea bass. Our waitress was so sweet, she even took care of our dessert because the brought out the wrong side dish. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience, the best food! Jehr was our server and great banter, recommendations and service. Loved the attention to detail for our anniversary dinner. Thank you Cathedral, we will be back.

Ribeye medium cooked to perfection, but was slightly less warm than expected. Fettuccini was delicious. Steak tartare was plated well and had good flavor. The service and ambiance warranted the price but the food was definitely slightly higher priced than the value. It was a great experience and highly recommend to anyone visiting vegas.
