In CAVA 57 we are a boutique vineyard and winery where you will be able to enjoy a relaxed evening surrounded by vines in the heart of the vineyard. Try some of our award-winner wines as well as ask for the special of the day.

    Tuve la oportunidad de asistir a la cena de gala en Cava 57, y fue una experiencia increíble en todos los sentidos. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el ambiente exclusivo y la atención al detalle nos envolvieron en una atmósfera única. La comida fue sencillamente espectacular, cada plato estuvo lleno de sabores exquisitos que deleitaron el paladar. Además, los talleres ofrecidos durante la velada superaron todas mis expectativas; no solo aprendí mucho, sino que también disfruté cada momento. Y, por supuesto, el vino fue la joya de la noche: delicioso y perfectamente maridado con cada platillo. Sin duda, una experiencia que repetiría sin pensarlo.

    No es la primera vez que acudimos al brunch, como siempre está muy rico, bien servido y muy atentos. Estaría genial pudieran agregar dos o más platillos de los acostumbrados
