   From start to finish, our Chef's Tasting experience was nothing short of incredible . Each dish was amazing, beautifully crafted to showcase the ingredients. Attention to detail was evident in every stunning course, and the presentation was as gorgeous as the flavors were bold and balanced. It is not often that one finds a vegetarian tasting experience that is as celebratory of vegetables as this one. The service was impeccable—attentive, yet not overbearing and the restaurant, as well as the property on which it sits, is lovely and feels as if it is a world away from the bustle of downtown Seattle. I would highly recommend this restaurant and the Chef's Tasting menu. It made the celebration of my husband's birthday a truly special and memorable event.

   We went to the high tea, for a special celebration. It is in a beautiful building and restaurant. We loved the setting and the live musician. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. The staff and service were wonderful, but definitely not worth the price at all! I won’t be coming back.

   We intend to book for an actual lunch on a Sunday, but it’s not obvious anywhere that this place only has brunch on weekends! I don’t understand why is that. The brunch is very ordinary, heavy but not taste, lack of innovation, delicacy or any surprise at all, it was such a waste of the nice venue. There weren’t a lot of customers in there when we arrived, but service was not good. They were left waiting for like 15mins after getting the drinks, really? Also missed a side that we ordered, didn’t bring stake knife when we requested. Some are nitpicks, like serving a congee without any spoons. Attention to details matters, that’s how I differentiate a repeat-worthy restaurant vs a not-ever one. And the waitress almost intentionally serve and chatted other tables before answering to our requests, every single time. One last thing, I noted on the reservation that it was for my dad’s birthday, but nothing happened. I guess I shouldn’t be disappointed. It just not a nice restaurant.

   It was ok, not bad. The menu is pretty much the same for Cedar+Elm and the 2 other hotel bars. One and done.

   Came here as a spot for a best friend date and it was perfect. The ambiance is sooooo 1920’s inspired and so cozy. Food and drink were amazing and the service was outstanding with the staff being so sweet and kind. Will definitely be coming back!

   This was our first visit here and we were delighted. The table was ready for us. The waitress was pleasant, helpful, and attentive. Everything we ordered was brought to the table in a timely manner. Everything from cocktails to food, dessert, and coffee was perfectly prepared and presented. We will definitely be back.

    Nice attention to quality with the food and the space is lovely. We were there on a Thursday evening and it was pretty empty, which detracted from the vibe a bit. The service was attentive and friendly and they treated us well.
