   What a wonderful dining experience we had at Central Market on Valentine’s Day! Raquel provided excellent service and every dish was absolutely delicious. The house wine was excellent too. We are looking forward to our next visit!

   An absolutely Michelin star quality night! We were not expecting that on Valentine’s of all nights where they were slammed! Food was perfect from the Waygu steak skewers, warm olives, stuffed Focaccia, Short Ribs, Pork chop, veggies to the Lemon Shaken pie. Thank you Central Market!

   A great room great service lot of care and training. Very good food, sometimes exlnt. Menu could rotate a little. Wine pours a little light. The chocolate dessert could be changed out.

   Fantastic spot! My sister and I received gift certificates for our birthdays so we went last night! The staff was very professional and friendly. We started off with wine and there was a nice variety to choose from for single glasses. The food was outstanding! We started off with the hot Mediterranean olives, steak kabobs with chimichurri, and the house made focaccia! The focaccia was served hot and had little cheese pockets tucked inside with a flavorful herb and sea salt on top. Olives are always a great start especially when they are served hot! The beef kabobs were so tender and paired well with the chimichurri and pickled slaw. Incredible! For the main, My sister ordered the sea scallops with risotto and I had the wagu steak with arugula and fries. Both dishes were excellent! My steak was cooked a perfect medium rare, with a really nice sear. Sisters scallop dish did not disappoint! Absolutely delicious! We ended the meal with butterscotch pudding and a sundae. We did not share. My butterscotch pudding with fresh whipped cream was a great way to end the meal! Sis loved her ice cream too! We will be back! Thanks so much!

   There is no denying that the chef knows what he’s doing - the food is cooked close to perfection. My only note of criticism is that the portions are very small. I know that is how it is in certain “bougie” restaurants, where perhaps quality supersedes quantity, but this was a bit silly. My husband’s dinner, while the fish was cooked perfectly and fresh beyond compare, it was a very small piece, and there was about a tablespoon of mashed potatoes. He is not a big guy, and he went home hungry. The shortrib my nephew ordered was minuscule. I ordered the pork chop, which I’ve had before. The meat was delicious. However, the menu said it came with Brussel sprouts, but there were none. Not a dealbreaker, and I just asked politely about it, and the server said I’ll check with the chef, but never came back with an answer. The gnocchi on my plate was probably the first thing I’ve had there that was just ok. It needed something. But the service is wonderful, the ambiance is pleasant; and the food was mostly more than satisfactory. And none of my notes would prevent me from going back. (Apparently their happy hour is something worthy of trying).

   A wonderful dinner, yet again, at our favorite restaurant. I've been very careful with my food choices lately but I always feel comfortable that Central Market only provides the best quality, cleanest choices. The veggies are always amazing. The Pork chop and Steak were top notch. Our server was prompt and very accommodating. My only complaint is when restaurants arrange tables so that one member of the party has to face a wall. That was me last night :/

    Always great! Menu had all the classics plus some new and seasonal options. Great vibe without being too crazy.
