   It was my first time there, and it was such a treat! I went with my parents and my sister, and we received the best service and the most delicious food. :) We'd also like to thank our server, Andara, for her excellent service.

   Arrived for breakfast. The service was poor and slow. Server was slow in coming to the table, didn’t have a good understanding of the menu. The drinks (coffees) came out at different times, the food (a simple egg breakfast) after 45 mins and the server had to be reminded to bring utensils. Had to go find the server in order to pay the bill at the front counter. Great location and nicely decorated location and the food and coffee was good when it arrived it was just the service that was lacking.

   The food was decent not that amazing. It was quiet not alot of people. The staff was not rude but not helpful and was enjoying talking to coworker instead of checking on guest.

   Unfortunately, the restaurant was out of the necessary ingredients to make many of the items on the menu, including the ones we were interested in. We adjusted and ordered, only to find out that the potatoes that were supposed to come with 3 of our 4 items were also sold out and not available. Service was also slow and several items were cold when they arrived at the table. To their credit, they gave us several croissants and pastries to try and make it right. Still a bit disappointing.

   A wonderful Parisian Brunch experience. Delicate croissants, refined food, elegant presentation... you are clearly not in Bellevue anymore! I understand why some people "do not get it"; ultimately this place is for a change of pace, a reminder of a past stay in Paris or a taste for a future trip to come, it is not about eat fast and be out of here in 10 minutes (or take to go in this case)... Top your experience with a refined patisserie, I enjoyed my Pavlova Berries... Great service by Alex who is clearly trained for European service. What a nice change of pace for the US! I will go back tomorrow for dinner...

   This was such a disappointing experience.! We visited L’Experience for brunch few times before and this time we decided to take our new friends for dinner. BIG MISTAKE! We made a reservation for 5 people at 6 pm. When my husband and I arrived a few minutes before 6 pm, our table was not set up and the waiter was acting very surprised that we were there. And all the issues started from there. First, when we ordered a bottle of wine, he brought glasses but no wine. The restaurant was empty and we had no idea why he didn’t bring the bottle. Our colleague went and asked him to bring the wine. After that, we asked what the “specials” listed on the menu are – for the appetizer, he said – “well, it is some type of pancake, you know like with potatoes and onions”. Then we asked -and the Plat du jour? His answer was “ I don’t know, we are still deciding”. He left and came back and told us that the chef said that he could make “spaghetti with a red sauce”. The chef in the kitchen had a nosebleed and was walking around with a tissue sticking out from his nostril. The waiter also gave us a summary of four dishes that were NOT available on the menu. We asked what is going on and he told us that all the deliveries come on Thursdays so on Wednesdays we get only the leftovers!!! (this is a quote) Our colleague got moules frites and we got salad nicoise. The fries were soggy, and our colleagues didn’t even touch them. The waiter never came by our table. After the meal, we sat there for 20+ minutes, in an empty restaurant with dirty dishes on the table. Finally, I went and asked the server to remove the dishes from the table. He did… And again, nothing. So we went back to him and asked him for a dessert menu. And at that time, he said that there are no deserts. That it was all sold out during the day. I asked if there was an ice cream and he said no. Mediocre food, horrible service, no deserts – really? Why are you even open for dinner on Wednesdays?

   Made a reservation in advance and was seated at an uncomfortable high top. Took 20 minutes for someone to come greet us and take our order. Two of the three of us got the wrong breakfast dish then 1 was delivered ok and the other wrong a second time. My eggs Benedict had egg shells in them. Horrible experience with food and service.

    An absolute disaster. We were the only table having dinner on a Saturday night which should have been the red alert. We waited 50 minutes for our dinner, again no one having dinner other than us, and the food was terrible. My steak and fries were cold, my wife’s rabbit tough as nails. The excuses were worse than the food. They offered to “warm up” my steak which was supposed to be medium rare. The fries were put under a broiler and were rock hard and the steak well done when it got back to me. The worst thing about this was that they somehow felt like this was how things were supposed to be corrected. Recent reviews all point to this place being a complete mess. Add this review to the bonfire and avoid like the plague. Awful is actually kind when it comes to describing our experience.
