Using only quality seasonal and organic ingredients, our Latin-inspired menu features spectacular Latin food prepared in a wood-fired oven, and a variety of fresh house-made fire-roasted salsas, which hint at the natural and abundant flavor profiles found in every dish.

The same attention to detail carries on to our hand-crafted cocktails; using only fresh-squeezed juices, house-made sour mixes, 100% Blue Agave Tequilas and fresh fruit garnishes for all of our Margaritas. The service was impeccable, from the greeter when we first walked in, to our waiter who was god sent. The food was delicious, the drinks were awesome. I loved this place. I will definitely be back and soon, already looking forward to my next visit.

                                                                    Made reservations and sat outside. It was a little disappointing as it wasn't a lively atmosphere as inside. There wasn't any holiday sparkle anywhere. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend, but there was something missing as my friends were there for the first time. Food was very good.

                                                                    We use to come here a lot more but the last few times have been service disappointments. Our waitress took our drink orders. My wife and I both got the brunch special with bottomless mimosas. Our waitress asked if we wanted distilled water or sparkling water. We said regular distilled water. She brings our drinks and water glasses but no water. No big deal. Then she takes our orders. Mind you, we still haven’t no received chips or salsa. We order our food, and order our toddler daughters food. We get our starter salads and our daughters food. The food runner even says, we will get chips as he noticed we didn’t have any. We eat our salads. In this time, we haven’t had a refill on our bottomless mimosas yet. When our entrees come out, we finally ask the waitress for the water, refill, and the chips and salsa. She comes back with the chips and salsa, but the brunch comes with queso too. We had to ask for that as well. Then we had to keep asking to refill our Mimosas which she brought us the orange juice watered down mixed one ( while the different waitress servicing the table next to use was refilling with a champagne bottle). Just an over all bad experience for $160 tab. Probably won’t go back for a long time again.

                                                                    Our server was Esmeralda and she was the best. She did not rush us to order and when came to ordering she went over the menu nicely. She went along with our jokes and made sure that we were attended to in the best possible way. We have been to Cha Chas many times but this visit was extra special because we invited family. Esmeralda did not disappoint. Thank you

                                                                    Wednesday night is 50% off enchiladas. They do not skim on the meat in the enchilada- full to the max! One of our favorite places to go that’s close to home and you get good service and food!

                                                                    We had cocktails, entrees, and dessert. Everything was fresh and delicious. We were seated near the open kitchen. The kitchen noise, server movement, and music made conversation challenging. Short rib capas were unexpectedly smokey and sweet. The beef was tender and succulent. Slow roasted carnitas were also juicy and perfectly seasoned. The enchilada trio were half price bursting with fillings and delicious. We had frozen mojitos, churros, and flan. The churros were undercooked - for our taste they needed another 30 seconds of cook time - still tasty. All the flavors were on point! Next time, we'll request a different area for our reservation.
