   We were surprised that we were made to wait even though we had an OpenTable reservation and there were countless empty tables. Even more strange was that they seated 3 parties that arrived later than us and that did not have reservations before they seated us. In addition, when they finally led us to a table, they wanted to seat us in the most obscure corner, at the table farthest out in the terrace area right below a TV, where there was no heating and the TV blocked all light so there really shouldn’t be a table there. We asked to sit elsewhere and the person made us wait while he went to ask for permission. Overall it was a poor way of treating any customer, but especially ones with a reservation. The only reason we can think of for the way they treated us is that they don’t appreciate their Asian customers very much. The 3 parties that were seated ahead of us were white. We had been coming here since 2019, so we’re disappointed.

   This is a really nice place. Service is always great, we had Yuri and she was on top of things all night. House margarita was good and had a unique twist with the grapefruit. A little on the sweet side which I didn’t love. Their food specials are great! Every restaurant should do this to allow for a break on high cost of eating out. We appreciated it. I always get and love their mushroom tacos but last night they were sadly skimping on the mushroom. One taco had about three mushroom slivers. I figure if that’s the highlight of the dish, it should at least fill the tortilla shell. But other than that, it was tasty. Portions are perfect - not too much food.

   Really enjoyed the enchiladas and also the Carne Asada. Our server Yvette made it a special evening for us.

   Always a good lively, cheerful atmosphere at ChaCha's. Food and drinks were top-end and the servers were fun and upbeat

   We dine at Cha Chas about once a month. Every time we have excellent food and excellent service. Our server tonight was Paige. She was so pleasant and attentive. We even had the two different managers come and check a few times how we were doing and how we were enjoying our meal. Everyone was so pleasant tonight and very attentive. I do recommend Cha Chas …Especially when you’re in the mood for taco Tuesday!  they serve delicious food at a great price.

   It was my birthday and it went GREAT!! Our server was good and on point for the evening and the food was very good! Chips and salsa of course tasty and the Sangria was yummy. Thanks for giving me a fantastic start to my Birthday Weekend on 1/10/2025...

   Food was amazing as always. Love the Empanadas, always come out fresh and tasty. Service is top notch and the price is perfect. Cha Cha’s always had a great vibe and good atmosphere.

    I asked for a well-done fajita, but it came out practically raw. The calamari and shrimp dish was disappointing too—it only had three shrimp! The fajitas were greasy and chewy, which didn’t help either. The guacamole was okay, but it lacked any special flavor. On top of that, the waiter wasn’t welcoming at all, which made the whole experience less enjoyable. To make things worse, the table was way too small for a meal meant for four people. They brought out so many small plates and glasses that we barely had space to eat comfortably. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.
