My friends and I loved both the food and the service—everything was excellent with no issues whatsoever. I especially enjoyed the entrées; each one was unique and felt exclusive to this restaurant. The mains were also delicious; however, if I had been blindfolded and given a $20 truffle fried rice alongside this restaurant’s version, I probably wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference. The same applied to the laksa. Overall, I would still come again, but I’d likely focus more on trying different entrées rather than the mains. NO REGRETS!

Enjoyed our dining experience at Cha Ching. Delicious food presented well with efficient friendly staff. Opted for the “Feed Me” menu option and was happy with the choice and quantity of each tasty dish. Would go back again next time we visit Melbourne.

Venue and food was very underwhelming. Had high expectation for Asian fusion however food was quite flavourless and not worth the money. Didn’t eat about a 1/3 of our food and left within 40 mins of arriving as the scenery was not it. Don’t recommend, small venue and majority of the people with bookings were made to wait outside. 1/10, drinks were ok.

Absolutely shocking experience at this restaurant. Service was appalling with staff lacking any idea on what they were doing. Had to ask to order drinks, had to ask to order food. Staff were vague and totally not present. Ordered 2 glasses of wine and they bring one to the table and poured it there. Had to ask them twice for another glass. Had to ask them to take food order and Sitting there for 50 minutes and then chased them about our food order as noticed others who had arrived after us had started to receive meals. Staff came back to us with totally vacant expressions to advise they had not even submitted order to kitchen. There was absolutely no ambience on the place. A shell of a restaurant with utterly useless staff. Would not recommend in the slightest. We left without eating at all.

Came here to celebrate my friends birthday and we went for the all you can eat yum cha. I came here last time and the food came out quite quickly, however this time the food was delayed for a significantly longer time, and the waitress didn't seem to know what she was doing, missing dishes that we had to keep asking for. I went to pay the bill and the server apologised for the delay and did not charge us for the drinks which I was not expecting! Wonderful gesture from the restaurant and I thank them for making things right, it was really appreciated and made our day :)
