This was a full-fledged experience! food was amazing. I’ll be was on point. The staff and service was 100 out of 10. you absolutely must go if you’re in Tulum.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. The “attempt” at service was high, but the actual service couldn’t level up. We were a party of 13 and everyone received their food, except me. I asked about my food multiple times and I was told “we’re working on it.” I expressed my concerns with not receiving my food and the manger literally put his finger in my face and told me I would still pay for it. I told him I would not and he continued to go back and forth with me, until we all decided to leave the restaurant. As the party was paying, they attempted to bring the food out and I refused to receive it. Needless to say, we left and I left hungry.
