ChampionÕs at the Marriott Aruba Ocean Club is a sports bar that offers lunch and dinner to hotel guests as well as the public. Enjoy the casual atmosphere while you catch the game on one of the 33 TVs around the room. The menu at ChampionÕs is filled with classic American pub fare as well as a variety of specialty drinks. Diners love the literal mountain of onion rings that is served with burger sliders and hot wings and diners can also enjoy pasta, nachos and fresh grouper. Guests love the mojito at ChampionÕs and the full bar service can create an array of special requests.

Our server was very nice. It’s a good place to watch a game, or get a sandwich if you don’t want to leave the resort.

Service was great on a recent visit to Champions at the Marriott Ocean Club. The wings were good but the quesadillas were just mediocre.

They said they were not in Open Table. When we entered the restaurant the sign said seat yourself. We asked the waitress about honoring the reservation with OT She said she did not know. We spoke to the manager and he said they were not in OT. He said he would look into it. Never took our name or room number to get back to us to correct .Did not even try to make things right They appear to be scamming Open Table. Customers should beware!

Champions is a sports bar with casual, but very good, dining. Housed in Marriott’s Ocean Club, it offers a good menu, food is prepared well, service is pleasant, but a bit slow as they move on “island time.” It is similar to other Champions Restaurants in the States and elsewhere. Lots of TV’s with many sports games being shown, live and taped.

We called ahead of time to see if they would be playing the Tiger Woods/Phil Mickelson. They said yes. When we arrived they again assured us they would be playing it. We ordered food. Once the food arrived they told us they wouldn’t be able to play the match for us! Staff should know what is going on! They also said they don’t use open table or allow reservations. Please get your business together!

nice sports bar with good variety of sports, baseball, football, soccer, car shows and sports commentary. nice menu, ahi tuna was delicious. waitress was terrific. reasonably priced
