    Char is always a great experience. The bar has a great bourbon selection and the food is top notch. One of the best spots in town for a special night out.

    The strip steak was done a perfect medium rare with an excellent crust. Great ambiance, not quite as intimate as some other higher end restaurants in Huntsville but the value is outstanding, generous portions. My wife is not a big fan of seafood but she absolutely devoured the crab cakes. Will definitely be a place we hit more regularly for date nights etc.

    My friends and I visit Char quite often and always ask for Sierra!! She is wonderful and the food and drinks are always great!!

    Cassidy was an amazing server. Something we know is hard to control was the location of our table. This is still our favorite restaurant in Huntsville
